What We Serve
It is designed to cater or serve the clients from the Cities and municipalities in 3 provinces namely, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino.
The center also caters to those victim-survivors whose residents are in other provinces needing temporary shelter for protection and security reasons.
